President (CEO)
Charles Knezevich, PMP
The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer for the Chapter and of the Board, and shall perform such duties as are customary for presiding officers, including making all required appointments with the approval of the Board. The President shall also serve as a member ex-officio with the right to vote on all committees except the Nominating Committee. The President must have served in one of the officer positions for at least one term.

Chairman of the Board

The Chairman of the Board shall act as mentor to the newly elected Board. In the event the President is unable or unwilling to complete the current term of office the Chairman shall assume the duties and office of the presiding officer.

Vice President of Finance (CFO and Treasurer)

The Vice President Finance as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer shall oversee the management of funds for duly authorized purposes of the Mile Hi Chapter. Vice President of Education

In the temporary absence or incapacity of the Chair of the Board and the President, the Vice President of Education shall assume the duties and responsibilities of the President and must hold PMP Certification. Responsible for professional education programs, interfaces with the Headquarters organization on all matters concerning PMP certification and with local Universities and Colleges on establishment/maintenance of scholarship programs. Vice President of Programs

Responsible for planning, scheduling, arranging, and supervising the performance of each PMI event; directs the development of a program theme for the year; plans, schedules, and arranges Chapter program meetings; develops awards plan to recognize Chapter achievements; Master of ceremonies for each Chapter meeting. Chapter liaison responsible for membership issues, for recruitment of members into the Chapter, and supervises membership activities. Final authority on issues involving veracity of membership, such as voting, running for or holding of office and is point of contact with the Headquarters organization on membership issues including membership lists and databases.
