The entry level into the Six Sigma discipline is the “Yellow Belt”, which is designed to provide a general orientation and prepare individuals to recognize and meaningfully participate in Six Sigma efforts.
This class will provide an excellent opportunity to learn the basics of the Six Sigma methodology and how you can put it into practice in your daily work and your career, whether your are involved in an active implementation or not.
