Jennifer Graham MBA, PMP, PR2, ITILv3 Ms Graham has over 25 years of professional credibility working worldwide as a Management Consultant specializing in PMOs and Strategic Direction with expertise in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, Business Optimization, Process Re-engineering, Supply Change management, and in Portfolio Management. She is an expert and a specialist in assessing and establishing PMOs, Program and Project Management, as well as a Solution and Outsourcing management specialist. A Management and Business Consultant providing professional services to executives in Financial Services, IT, Healthcare, Utilities, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Pulp and Paper Mills, Chemical plants, International Governments as well as Canadian Federal and Provincial Governments, and in other industries on a global basis.
